How it works

The newsletter/mass mailing plugin for Flynax classifieds sites allows you to create email marketing and newsletter campaign in a few simple steps.

Frond End

The plugin adds a newsletter subscription box, which is added to the sidebar or footer of your website depending on the website design. The box consists of a text encouraging a user to subscribe to newsletters, an input field where a user may enter his email and a button to click and complete the subscription process.

You should also know that every user who sends a message via a contact form is automatically added to the mailing list. Every email has a link allowing a user to click it and unsubscribe from mass mailing.

Back End

The plugin adds a manager to the admin panel from where you can manage mass mailing. The plugin manager offers a lot of useful settings that will help you streamline your mass mailing process:

Creating a mass mailing template

When you create a letter, you may save it as a template and use it repeatedly without having to create it from scratch again. All mail templates that you create become available in a special “templates” section in the plugin manager.

Styling

The plugin manager offers you extended styling options, which allow you to add graphic images to your email, choose font styles, add links, make ordered and unordered lists, add tables, emoji and a lot of other styling options.

Targeting certain user groups

The plugin gives you the flexibility of targeting your mass mailing campaigns to certain user groups. Thus, when sending a newsletter, you may send it to all of your users, or, check the account types, to which the email is intended.

Overview of subscribers

Each user who subscribes to a newsletter is added to the subscribers’ section in the plugin manger. There, you may see the name of the user, account type, email, date of subscription and subscription status. You can manually delete any user from the list ensuring that he/she will receive no emails from you.

Sending emails via Ajax to reduce spam

Once you hit the send button, the plugin queues the messages and starts sending them one by one thus decreasing the chances of getting into spam or blacklist.
